Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within Canada only.
International shipping will be available in the future — please check back for updates.
General Shipping
- Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination within Canada.
- Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
- All products not listed in a special shipping category use these general rates.
Heavy Items
- Certain products are marked as Heavy Items and have separate shipping rates due to their size and weight.
- These rates are displayed during checkout.
Medium-Weight Items
- Products marked as Medium Weight are charged a lower shipping rate tier than heavy items.
- These rates are displayed at checkout.
Pick-Up Only Items
- Some items are available for local pickup only from our Victoria, B.C. location.
- These products will show “Pickup Only” on their product pages and cannot be shipped.
- Customers selecting pickup will receive an email when their order is ready for collection.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location in Canada.
- You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
